        REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

        1. Our Policy

         

        If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in exchange for a Store Credit.

        Please Note: Greecho does not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns will be processed as Store Credit (e-Gift Card) only.

        This policy is consistent with the policies of Eliou.

         

        2. Eligibility and Condition of Items

         

        To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

        • Return Period: The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

        • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same perfect condition that you received it.

        • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

        ⚠️ Non-Compliance: We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria. Non-compliant items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

         

        3. Store Credit Process

         

        Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

        • If Approved: We will issue a unique Store Credit code equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).

        • Issuance: The credit code will be sent to your registered email address and can be used on future purchases on our website.

        • Processing Time: Please allow [e.g., 3-5 business days] after our receipt of the package for the return inspection and credit issuance.

         

        4. Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

         

        The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return:

        • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

        • Original Shipping: The original shipping costs paid on your initial order are non-refundable and will not be included in the Store Credit amount.
